Chongqing Wuzhou International Industrial Expo City Phase I-Group Project

In November 2014, Hong Kong Wuzhou International Holdings Limited signed the agreement to locate its Chongqing Wuzhou International Industrial Expo City Phase I-Group in Chongqing Western Logistics Park.

With a total land area of 300,682 square meters, this project has a planned investment of CNY 2.5 billion. The designed floor area is 500,000 square meters mainly for specialized markets on internationally famous industrial brands, automobile accessories and decorations, hardware and electromechanical products, machinery equipment, home furnishing and building materials, imported foodstuff and electronic products.

After completion of the project, it will become an giant base for industrial product expo and trades combining internationally famous industrial brands, international automobile accessories and decorations, international home furnishing and building materials, imported foodstuff, international electronic products, international light textiles, financial settlement center, cross-border e-information center, new material trading center, intelligent logistics and future intelligent life. Meanwhile, it will function as a supply chain service platform integrating commodity procurement, sales, logistics and service.

It is estimated, when the project's operation becomes mature, its annual sales will reach CNY 4 billion and the annual tax payment will reach CNY 200 million. It will add about 25,000 job opportunities.

Until November 2015, the project had been working out the transformation and upgrading plan.
